For the last two years, cello students from Marek’s studio at Azusa Pacific University were featured in the Collaborative Bach Solo Recitals with violin students from Prof. Midori Goto’s studio at the University of Southern California, as part of Bach Week, initiated by the renowned violinist Midori.

This year, the Bach Week will take place not only at USC and APU, but also at California State University, Long Beach and La Sierra University, featuring violin and cello students from the participating schools. Selected students from Marek’s cello studio will be performing an entire Bach Cello Suite of their choice at each campus.

Thursday, March 3  7:00 p.m. at USC  (United University Church)
Saturday, March 5  7:00 p.m. at APU  (Munson Recital Hall)
